The prices listed below are meant to be used as a general guide for common specific jobs. It must be understood that there can be other unforeseen problems due to wear and tear, damage, missing parts or guitar type that may incur extra work or attention. However, it is not our practice to surprise bill anyone. We will always explain and gain your approval before undertaking any extra work not originally quoted for.

General Setup:

Guitar (Electric or Acoustic) From £30 (floyd rose trem’s extra) + cost of new strings if required

Bass From £30 + cost of new strings if required  
(Please understand that the “From” minimum charge generally applies to guitars that are of standard fittings. Guitars with Floyd Rose Tremolo fittings and their like often create further time consuming attention and are therefore can carry an additional charge.)

Trussrod Adjustment

Intonation Set

Nut Slots Re-cut (if needed)

Loose Jack Socket, Machine Head, Volume / Tone Pot Nuts Etc. (checked for tightness)

New Strings from my stock if required (other brands or types preferred must be customer supplied)

Fretwork Charges:

Level & Dress: from £75 including setup (strings extra)

Refret: from £120 + Setup charge + Strings

All other work such as: breakage repair, customisation, wiring, re-finising, etc: will be estimated or priced accordingly after inspection.
